We have devised these guidelines to streamline our processes and maximise the value we can offer you for your product. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
General Packing Guidelines
All boxes used to package product should be undamaged.
Every box should contain one type of cartridge only and be clearly labelled with the type and quantity of product enclosed. We will accept mixed product if quantities do not permit full boxes of a single product type, however, this must be accompanied by a detailed packing list and the outside of the box clearly labelled.
Where there are known issues with fragile parts (rollers, fins etc) the cartridges should be individually wrapped.
Inkjet Cartridge Packing Guidelines
Inkjet cartridges should be boxed by type using cardboard dividers between each layer of product
Product should be packaged in plain cardboard boxes not trays.
Cartridges must be secure and carefully packed - do not have spaces in boxes, pack up with newspaper or similar packaging.
Laser Cartridge Packing Guidelines
Laser cartridges should be packed in plain pallet boxes measuring approximately 1.2m x 0.8m x 0.7m. Should you have difficulty sourcing these boxes they can be purchased at cost price from Redeem.
Each box should be packed securely to maximum capacity with one type of cartridge only with cardboard dividing layers used to separate each tier of product.
We will accept smaller quantities of individual cartridge types within larger deliveries. These should be packed securely, by type, in clearly labelled plain cardboard boxes.
Pallet Packing Guidelines
Pallets should be packed to remain stable during transit. Heavier/larger boxes should be packed to the bottom of the pallet to minimise movement and damage.
Redeem can accept pallets to a maximum height of 2.5m, please stack pallets to this maximum capacity where possible and wrap the outside edges to reduce movement.
Where quantities permit, each cartridge type should be split by a Euro pallet. If quantities are not sufficient to be put into a pallet separately, they should be placed on top of the last pallet and clearly labelled, please refer to diagram.
