Background

Dial-a-Phone is the UK’s No 1 specialist direct supplier of mobile phones cutting out the middleman to pass savings directly on to their customers. Since its launch in 1995 it has supplied contracts to 2.9 million customers.

Objectives

Campaign

The Dial-a-Phone trade-in deal allowed customers to recycle their old mobiles for £10 cash and also raise funds for Marie Curie. Redeem created a webpage for the administration of the programme which was fully integrated into Dial-a-Phone’s website and featured a searchable list of qualifying handsets. Those phones which did not qualify for the £10 cash still resulted in a donation to Marie Curie.
